As guests are aware, HSF tickets are non-refundable, however the following process will assist to reschedule your visit with us as best we can.

 

Guests with reservations for Saturday 12/18/21 will automatically be re-scheduled to Sunday 12/26/21. Guests will receive an email from us confirming their new reservation arrival time.

We will attempt to reschedule reservations to a similar time slot as originally reserved, however if such a time slot is not available, or may exceed the maximum number of guests for that period, HSF will transfer the reservation to the next earliest time slot available.

 

For guests that are unavailable to attend on Sunday December 26 and wish to request another date/time, must contact us directly to reschedule your reservation within 24 hours please. We will do the best we can to accommodate and respond to confirm your updated reservation date/time.

 

Guests that would like to request a different date other than Sunday 12/2621 must send us the following information in an Email to  kmhsf2021@gmail.com

 

-Name associated with your current reservation

-Date and time slot of your original reservation

-The email address associated with your reservation

- A requested date and time slot to reschedule your visit with us.

(** If the requested time slot is not available, HSF will transfer the reservation to the nearest time slot available on that  date. **)

 

Please Note: Rescheduling for specific time slots is not guaranteed and will be based on availability.

All requests for dates other than our “rain date” of 12/26/22 will be processed as first come first serve.

 

As of this posting - the following date and time slot options may be available for rescheduling:

 

Sunday 12/19: Time Slots currently available - 7:00pm thru 8:45pm

Wednesday 12/22:  Time Slots available - 6:15pm thru 8:45pm

Thursday 12/23:  Time Slots Available- 6:15pm thru 8:45pm
